WATER ahhhh our greatest source of life and poor Chalco Valley better not his benefactor. That happens when you try to prosecute the mother nature instead of just live in peace and more when treated so rudely with garbage and filth all the holy waters ending in.
Well good point, plus tips for water consumption and this time we focus on a throne BAÑOOOOO and ordeal of the next hahaha.
WATER IN THE BATHROOM.
1. LEAVE NO RUNNING WATER. While you wash your hands or face, put a stopper, cloth, pants that do not use (ascoooo not do this) to plug the gap, and fills the water, first with the cold, and then the warm for those do not like cold water.
2. Brush teeth. When you brush off the water and uses a tasit Save 8 LTS that is a load, now imagine you are 5 people in your house 40l LITROTRES two jugs of water to wash a load only the teeth??
3. When shaving (those who can .... I am a smooth man) do it with a container if you do it under running tap water or shower, .... We if teeth are 8 liters imagine so, ... the hairy flesh strips Water ?????
4. SC. If you have a 16-liter throne can replace it by a letter that is cool or whatever it is you get about 2 bottles of 2 liter plastic with stones or sand or water itself (remember that water will never eta anger so you have 4 liters permanent) that will be filled with a water space toilet
5. LEAKS. Carnallite (a) you review the facilities for leaks and if you are adventurous and able to fix a broke, and you save water while lol, so check it in the cup you can pour a few drops of paint plant (not toxic) and if it becomes MAN RELEASED color ... YOU
6. TIRES NO ROLE IN THE SC. Because this can clog drains and even the excesses of paper (cellulose scientific term and if you want to hear worship) can kill fish living in the bearings.
7. Not throw garbage in the SC. Damn it says the mother country that the throne is just to throw the bullet into the river, NOT TRASH jajajajaja.
8. BOWL IN SHOWER. Basic tip to not take the cold water and drinking chida ching ... .. the drain, this water can be used in what St. comes to mind, washing dishes, bucketfuls of cold water (rich in jokes fat friend) also to water the plants ... the man you can think

One of my favorite blouses, I spotted while cooking oil. Lately, the clothes that no longer cut it into strips used to weave or fill out a snake-shaped cushion that I have wanted to do for a while. But I found this tutorial , and immediately took my shirt and I put scissors. Oh, I love the internet and tutorials!

Public goods tend to be sub produced from individual initiative. The cause of this is the incentive not to cooperate in its provision but enjoy its benefits, since by definition a public good is not excludable and non rival. Then, the individual interest group does not lead to the maximization of collective welfare. A classic example of this strategy is the financial support for a project such as maintenance of a water supply system. That action, limited in time and space, subject to the vulnerability of environmental degradation requires a comprehensive management is often not implemented. According to international agencies like the UN and the World Bank, the lack of financial resources is the main reason that millions of humans continue to live in deplorable conditions and even deprived of water.
Mexico is considered a country with low availability of water rights. It is estimated that in 2005 we had 4.573 m3 per capita, an amount considerably less than we had in 1910 where the average amount was 31.000 m3. It is estimated that by 2030 we will have only 3.783 m3 per year per inhabitant. Moreover, in 2009 the Cutzamala system, the source largest water supply in the Federal District, reached the lowest level storage since its inception in 1972. And quite apart from natural conditions, users do not pay for the service. It costs 10 billion dollars a year to bring water to the capital, but only collected 4 000 500 million for rights to supply.
In a survey of citizens Universal newspaper in Mexico City, asked about water rates, 7 out of 10 capital city disagreed with the increase of the same, although 9 out of 10 thought that in the future would be problems with supply and 50% of people felt that the authorities are responsible for solving the problem. According to results of experimental economics, communication is the most effective institution to promote cooperation, but their effectiveness requires the construction of social preconditions (trust, social participation, etc.).. The various authorities implement these results with awareness campaigns, however, is not enough. Also there was talk of rising rates, but the fact that the rise does not mean that people pay, nor reduce their daily consumption of water and thus mitigate the exploitation of it.
first thing you should do is to implement a coordination mechanism for raising the probability that users pay for the service, then, if required, to increase prices. One mechanism that seems useful to pursue this as soon as the prepayment. However, the existing infrastructure, no such policy becomes viable, but at least in theory, to pay a certain amount of water, but you provide this, and nothing more, thus reducing the overexploitation of resources. Of course, this assuming that the free rider problem can be controlled (zero management of pipelines, among other things).

Is the certification of beaches under a rule of sustainability ensuring a clean beach? The answer that comes to mind first is yes or at least that's the idea that has been deployed as part of the marketing strategy when an entity announced with some hoopla beach has initiated efforts to become certified or some other and obtained the certificate.
This confuses me (and I am disappointed), the data speak for themselves, what I can have confidence in a certificate is granted for a health risk to the beach that is being certified, What I can have confidence in a management system certified clean beach that still allows this variability in the results?

The answer that comes to mind first is yes or at least that's the idea that has been deployed as part of the marketing strategy when an entity announced with some hoopla beach has initiated efforts to become certified or some other and obtained the certificate. we could not dare to doubt the mechanisms used to assess the beach that was certified and on the other hand, we would expect the set of actions and processes that are included in the system that achieved this title too strong to keep this beach in bacteriological quality settings properly, because the system has been tested and validated to meet this commitment.
is where a question arises probably due to bad information or my understanding (and perhaps many more) highlights a gap between being and should be. This is because, Bucerias beach located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, received his certificate under the standard "NMX-AA-120-SFI-2006: establishes the requirements and specifications for the sustainability of quality of beaches" in August 2009, (and incidentally, the event which took place the long-awaited document delivery was highly publicized, as well as the certificate itself). But the system of monitoring beach water quality priorities of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources - SEMARNAT shows on their official website (accessed February 2009) to Bucerias Beach Enterococci health risk according to the results of 17 and 30 June and 29 July (just prior to certification) and December 8 (after certification).
This confuses me (and I am disappointed), the data speak for themselves, what I can have confidence in a certificate is granted for a health risk to the beach that is being certified, What I can have confidence in a management system certified clean beach that still allows this variability in the results? We can not risk the livelihood assets is the cultural, social and economic development of this region betting system knowing that the results have such weak bases and used as a mechanism for "green marketing "rather than as a tool for sustainability, the best marketing strategy is not a document that certifies a certificate are the benefits economic, ecological and social changes achieved when there is a true sustainable development.
