Mexico, a country renowned for its natural beauty and for being one of those with the greatest diversity of ecosystems. From deserts and jungles to forests and seas, so the only missing select from the variety of activities that Mexico has to offer.
If you want to visit the jungle, there is like going to Chiapas, in fact you can meet within a week, if you wear a tight tour, but what I recommend is to go to Palenque, Yakshilan, Bonampak, Canyon Sump and of course a tour of the Lacandon jungle. For me this is an unforgettable place to which one must go between October and February, as the temperature is low and no mosquitoes are attacking you. If you like the desert, the option is to go to Copper Canyon, a place recommended in months August to October due to the temperature is ideal for a tourist who is not used to extreme weather.
Now, if you just want to go to sea, well ... The options are many. Depends on the activities you want to do, if you like snorkeling, a good option is to go to Holbox, Quintana Roo. It is an extremely quiet place where you can commune with nature at its best and you may even bump into species like the whale shark. If you like fishing, go to Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo (though beware of exploitation, because already growing species lose their reproductive capacity, so it's no good time to go during the summer because it is closed season). Finally, if you like to party, Acapulco, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta may be good options for you. If you like surfing, Ixtapa is a good option too. If you like extreme sports, there are beautiful places in Monterrey, Queretaro, even in the State of Mexico, skydiving, abseiling, etc.
